Coach, Lawyer, Art Educator, and Actress, with academic background (Degree in Performing Arts) from Faculdade de Artes Dulcina de Moraes (FADM).

Personal & Professional Coach, by the Brazilian Coaching Society (SBC).

Pioneer in the elaboration of the Concept of "Creative Coaching" - the junction of Coaching with Creativity

Creator and Founder of “Coach Criativo” – Creativity in Coaching processes.

Acts as Creative Human Development Coach for Individuals and Groups.

Taught the subject “People Management in Contemporary” (focusing on the Importance and Development of Creativity) in the Post-Graduate Course at UNIEURO (DF).

Author of the article “Creative Coaching: Creative Attitude towards Life” in the “New Coaching Manual” (Collection / Ed. Ser Mais).

Creator and Lecturer of the Course "Theatrical Techniques for Public Speaking"

She was a Professor of the Course of Theater Techniques for Speakers, taught to employees of SEBRAE - DF.

Researcher on the theme “Creativity and Performing Arts”, and on the concepts presented by the Psychology of Creativity.

She was a Special Student at the Masters in Psychology at the University of Brasília (UNB) in the subject “Creative Processes”.

He studied Psychology for two years (UFBA)

Training in Mentoring and Coaching Workshop for Children and Adolescents (CEO Kids Brazil/ ICF – International Coach Federation).

Elaborated and executed the Project “Playing with Characters”, for children from 9 to 12 years old, and the “Curso Criative-Se”, aimed at the adult public.

    

Taught the subject "Public Policies for Inclusion and Cultural Management" in the Specialization Course "Art-Education and Inclusion" at the Faculty of Arts Dulcina de Moraes (FADM).

He is also a Bachelor of Law (UCSAL) with Specialization in Public Policy and Government (UFRJ); and in Methodology and Didactics of Higher Education.

In the Legal area, she worked with the theme "Women's Rights", having been National Coordinator of the "National Program for the Prevention and Combat of Violence Against Women" (Ministry of Justice). It collaborated in the first legal discussions and in the elaboration of Legislative Documents on the classification of "Sexual Harassment" as a Crime, and in the elaboration of a Specific Law to combat Violence against Women, which, years later, would become the "Maria Law da Penha" - today widely known.
